Engineering Resources of Southern California, Inc., (ERSC), specializes in Municipal Engineering and the development of public works improvement projects. ERSC offers a diversity of engineering services including water resources, flood control planning and design, civil site design, design of local streets and roads, construction management, inspection and structural design.
We are a Consulting Engineering firm that was established in July 1996 to provide a broad range of professional services to municipalities and Special Districts throughout Southern California. The Company’s foundation is based upon providing our clients with the highest quality professional services in an efficient and cost effective manner.
We have made it our specialty to work with Public Agencies. Our sensitivity to the goals and objectives of our clients are weighted heavily towards performing the quality of work which leads to a long-term working relationship. We recognize that people like to work with others they can trust and who will promote their best interests. Working hard to preserve that trust is the cornerstone around which we have built our Company.
Our staff of professional, technical and clerical personnel have provided planning, design, construction management, and inspection services on many large and small projects. Every project is treated with the same degree of professionalism regardless of size or scope.
ERSC clients include County and City Agencies, and Special Districts in Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, and Los Angeles Counties. Through these associations we have cultivated a broad understanding of agency cultures and what makes a project proceed smoothly toward final completion.
The secret to our early success and the real strength behind ERSC is found in our staff, which currently numbers over 30 employees. The staff is strongly interdisciplinary, with individual strengths centered around municipal planning and civil engineering disciplines. All of our Professional Engineers are registered in the State of California, with many having obtained registration in other States. Our Professional Staff include the following persons:
Mahmoud (Moe) Ahmadi Zadeh
John Matthew Brudin
John G. Egan
James A. Godfredsen
Brian Keith Thomas
Reza (Ray) Toorzani
Our staff members were selected to be a part of the Engineering Resources team not only because of the quality of their engineering skills and technical abilities, but also because of their work ethic, personality, character and attitude toward service. By focusing our service on the client’s needs and the image they want to project as an end result, we have successfully partnered with many Southern California agencies to carry their projects from the broadest level of general concept and policy planning to specific design, implementation, and construction resolution.
A number of our staff members have significant previous experience as municipal and public agency employees. As a result, Engineering Resources can approach each project with a first-hand knowledge of agency culture and how an agency envisions the planning and processing of a well executed project. We also have a firm grasp of the relevant governmental and regulatory agency requirements and procedures that must be followed to achieve compliance and expedite completion. This has enabled us to develop special capabilities in adapting to and working well with the staff members within each agency. The result is a partnering effort that promotes the best interest of the community being served, and helps to expedite the project towards its completion.
In addition to these full-time personnel, we have a reserve of consulting firms and individuals with whom we have established long working histories who can be called upon should their expertise be required for your specific project or staff position.
