Mr. Moe Ahmadi is a Vice President of Engineering Resources of Southern California, Inc. Mr. Ahmadi is a Registered Civil Engineer (P.E.) in the State of California and is a Qualified SWPPP Developer and Practioner (QSD/QSP) through CASQA.
Mr. Ahmadi has specialized experience in the use of computer generated models forecasting amounts of storm runoff including the Civil design Flood Hydrology package and Advanced Engineering Software's hydrology package. In addition, he has experience predicting hydraulic performance of surface drainage systems utilizing WSPG and HEC-RAS.
Over the past 28 years, Mr. Ahmadi has actively participated in preparation of several feasibility studies, design reports, cost estimates and construction plans and specifications for drainage and flood control facilities throughout Southern California. His recent experience relevant to the planning and design of drainage and flood control facilities and SWPPPs includes FEMA; the Soboba Band of Luiseño Indians; Riverside and San Bernardino County Flood Control Districts; the Cities of Colton, Hemet, Moreno Valley, Palm Desert, Palm Springs, Perris, Rialto, San Bernardino, San Jacinto, Temecula, Twentynine Palms and Yucaipa; SAWPA; and Eastern Municipal and Lake Hemet Municipal Water Districts (EMWD and LHMWD).
Mr. Ahmadi attended Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas where he received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering Construction Management.
Mr. Ahmadi is an active member of both the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE).
