Engineering Resources of Southern California, Inc. (ERSC) was formed in 1996 with the asset purchase of NBS/Lowry, Inc. Since formation, ERSC has been committed to serving the Southern California region’s public sector such as Special Districts, Regional Agencies, and Municipalities. ERSC currently staffs over 37 engineers, designers, construction observation personnel, and administrative support staff with access to four offices located in Temecula, Redlands, Palm Desert, and Irvine.
ERSC has concentrated throughout its history on servicing public agencies. As a result, our strengths have been established to provide solutions and professional services to agencies throughout the public sector.
