Our Services

Since 1996, ERSC engineers, technicians, managers, and inspectors have provided myriad support services to, and on behalf of, special districts, public agencies, and municipalities. ERSC staff regularly perform On-Call Engineering, Design, Construction Management, and Inspection Services on public works projects and development projects for many cities throughout southern California.

ERSC has provided plan checking and special study review since 1996. Our plan checking clients include municipalities, government agencies, and special districts. These clients benefit from the expertise of our team as we have processed plan checks for thousands of projects throughout our different clients in the region.
